Technological process and typical material
All grades of Masterbatch,filler and modification, blending and modification(plastic and rubber blend,plastic alloy),functional parent granule( black carbon granule,flame-retardant granule,degradable granule,double protective granule),various cable,special material(EVA,Fluorin rubber,TPR sole material,UVprotection material),reactive and extruding,powder coating,etc.
Hengao Twin Screw extruder has many advantages,which focus on feeding system,driving parts,transmission parts,screw rpm,screw design,barrel composition,electrical control sytem,pelletizing system,etc.
1.Feeding system:Hengao has developed the volumetric feeder and continuous gravimetric automatic feeding system.On volumetric feeder system,we use new design type feeder which avoid the powder leakage shortage;The gravimetric feeder adopts Siemens PLC and international brand load cell,through PROFIBUS toachieve close-loop control,so that it increase the accuracy of feeding,also realized the industry automation.
2.Driving parts:Used best brand motor,AC or DC are both avaiable.Also ABB or Siemens motor as optional.
3.Transmission system:Gearbox is used tri-axis structure,which combine reducyion and torque distribution together.All bearing are used SKF or INA product.it has Oil-immerge lubricating system and multi-point enforcing lubricating system.It also provides alarm function when low oil position or over pressure happens.
4.Screw rotating speed:Currently,we have standard twin screw extruder from 400-600rpm. We will suggest customer to use suitable rpm extruder accorder processing material.
5.Screw combination:All screw parts are all segments parts,the L/D can be from 28~60.Customer can easy to change the screw design to meet different polymer processing,so that we can use one machine for different purpose process.The screw parts are made of high-speed tool steel.Also with so many years experience,we designed different type kmeading elements,mixing elements,gear disk etc.
6.Barrel structure:according different customer process,we can supply the integrate alloy liner barrel or separate alloy liner barrel.The integrate liner is the international last-design for barrel,which casting the liner complete piece with spcial wear-resistance alloy material.Compare with traditional separate alloy liner,it increases the wear-resistance and get longer life for the barrel.
7.Electrical control:According AC motor and DC motor,there are two control ways.For DC motor,we use Eurotherm regulator.For AC motor,ABB/Mitsubishi/Yaskawa inverter are available.The whole electrical control system can use PLC or PCC industrial automation system.It has over-current,over pressure,over load alarm and protection system which ensure the machinery run properly and safety.
8.Machinery base :It has stainless steel cover on barrel for production.The water tank,vacuum tank which can separate with main extruder for easy maintenance.
9.Pelletizing system:Multi-type pelletizing system are optional,we can supply Strand pelletizer,air-cooling pelletizer,water-ring hot cutting pelletizer,eccentric water-fog pelletizer according the processingt material and technology requirement.
